Certain data protection laws differentiate between “controllers” and “processors” of personal data. A controller decides why and how to process personal data. A processor does not make decisions about personal data and only processes personal data on behalf of a controller based on the controller’s instructions. Our Customers are the controllers of your personal data and we are the processors of this personal data in providing our Services. We may only process personal data at the instruction of our Customers in providing the Services.

Our Customers have their own policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of the personal information of their end users. If you are an end user of one of our Customers and want to learn about how that Customer handles your personal information, we encourage you to read the Customer’s privacy policy. Only the Customer can assist you with exercising privacy rights within your country of residence.
